Common questions

What counts as an AI credit?
Each AI request that generates timeline changes uses one credit. Reading or browsing without AI changes does not consume credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe calculates any prorated charge or credit.
Is my data private?
Yes. Project data is stored in your account and not shared with other users. Share links are read-only by default and expire after 30 days; paid plans can also create editable links, and edits made through a share link change only that shared copy, never your original project. See the Privacy Policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card details are never stored by gantt-chart.io.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged as a single payment upfront for the full year at the discounted rate. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid year.
Can I import from Jira or Excel?
Yes. CSV import is built in.
How many projects can I create?
Free includes 3 active projects. Every paid plan includes unlimited active projects.
Can I change plans later?
Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe calculates any prorated charge or credit. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan-change credits are billing adjustments, not cash refunds.
Does my whole team need accounts?
Read-only viewers can use share links without accounts. Pricing is a flat amount per subscription; checkout does not multiply the price by a seat quantity.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Project data is retained while the account remains active, including after a paid plan is canceled.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Each plan’s configured annual total and calculated discount are shown above before checkout.
Do paid plans include an SLA?
No response-time or uptime SLA is currently offered.
