Acceptance

By accessing or using gantt-chart.io you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service

gantt-chart.io provides a web-based project planning tool with AI-assisted features ("the Service"), operated by Morton Technology Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). We may update features, limits, and pricing with reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit material that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without written permission
• Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Use the AI features to generate content intended to deceive or defraud

AI-generated content

AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-suggested changes before they are applied to your project. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI outputs.

Your content

You retain ownership of the project data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your project data to train AI models.

Share links

When you generate a share link, you are making that snapshot accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morton Technology Consulting LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morton Technology Consulting LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email for paid accounts.
